Christmas at Our House

Ok, I finaLLy took some time today and got my pics taken around the house. I reaLLy didn't have time today to be doing this, but I've been rushing around like a chicken with its head cutoff all morning getting orders done for shipments (for eBay) and rushing to the post office, that i needed some down time to relax before I head back to the craft table and work on more orders.

Here are some photos around OUR HOUSE........of course, our tree isn't decorated yet so there is no picture yet, soon promise..........our lights are on the tree, but no decorations yet, we plan to do that on Sunday when we're all home together. With Steve's new job schedule, its hectic here now. The pictures are small, so click on them to view larger if you wish.

My Santa claus and Poinsettia that I just had to have, the poinsettia that is.........

My favorite thing about my house, my banister with my garland/lights/berries on it, everyone just loves it, although I keep the garland/berries/lights up all year round, this bow makes it look more like the holidays!

Ok, above is my garland on our dining room doorway. I just had to have these large christmas tree balls, too big for our tree of course, I bought 4 of them.........I wanted large ones last year but never bought them, so I did this year. And they kind of looked neat hanging here with our mistletoe and garland bow. And of course Steve pointed out, they are Redskins colors, but wasn't planned.

Ok, my 1st year decorating my kitchen, its a little messey on my kitchen buffet table but here is some of it, my gingerbread lady ---my kitchen is done in gingerbread year round but I added some placemats, and flowers to the table this year.

And my back door decor........Normally Mr. Santa sits inside but for some reason Steve's Redskins decor took over our living room and something is in his place where he normally stands..........I thought he looked neat by my "fake" poinsettia plant by the back door. More people and our neighbors see our back door more than our front. But I still have my "fake" poinsettia by the front door too. I have more pics to post and will do in the days to come.

My blogging will be limited through the holidays until I get caught up on orders to ship........that is my goal this weekend. To get caught up and everything shipped by Monday.

Oh Christmas Tree!

Ok, we finally got our christmas tree today, we have for every year we've been together, went out and cut our own christmas tree down at a local christmas tree farm in the area. Its only 5 mins from the house if that. A huge hill full of trees, we looked and looked, and every one Steve liked I found something wrong with, and poor Taylor just carried the stick around waiting for me to make a decision. You carry this long stick with you with a bright orange or red ribbon tied to the end, when you find the tree you like, you raise the stick beside the tree and wait.........the cutters will come find you in a 4 wheeler with a chainsaw and cut your tree down and bring it back down the hill for you to wrap and drill it for you. (In case those who never been to a tree farm, that's how it works) I took some photos while having fun today!

And did I mention it was COLD as crap ---laugh......about 35 degrees and windy, felt like 20 degrees out there.

Taylor was just picking at the branches trying to pass time.

Here we thought we had this tree already, the stick is raised and the posing was ready until I saw a new tree in the distance......and..................

Bingo! here is the tree we brought home instead. Laugh, I just couldn't make up our mind. And boy does that tree smell good in the house, we have the lights on it right now, that's it. So, probably sometime Monday evening when we're all together again, we'll finish decorating the tree..........what fun!

Cold Day in PA

boy, is it cold this morning.........something like 20 degrees they said? whoa! And I have running around to do today, yikes! I also want to take some pics today and share of our decorations around the house, inside and out. I've been trying to get ready for christmas this year with different decorations. We've lived here for almost 7 years now and everything's the same. I'm even tired of my kitchen decor (everyday that is).

I bought my first Kitchen towels, placemats and decorations for Christmas this year, I've never ever put holiday decor in my kitchen, so I think it looks festive, I'll share pics tomorrow. I even put holiday decor in my downstairs bathroom.

I love Lights, Steve thinks I went a little crazy with lights in the house, we have them on the banister, across garland in front of the TV, above the computer stand (which I have turned off for now), and on a small decor tree in the living room too. I just love the look of white lights twinkling in the house, which many I keep up all year round. Just wait til the tree gets put up and there's MORE LIGHTS on the tree! laugh. We won't need to turn the regular lights on in the house, which I like it dark anyways, I hate bright lights. (overhead lights that is)

Today we plan to go to my mom's for a bit, go shopping for a red shirt for Taylor (holiday concert coming up and she needs a red shirt for their in-school concert), and tonight go to a christmas party for Steve's part-time job, they invited us for a party tonight for family & kids which includes dinner and gifts for the kids, very kind, cannot wait - we never went before. We should have a good time.

So, for now, see ya! Will add pics later today or tomorrow.

Snow Flurries?!?

Did I hear snow flurries in the forecast? Oh my gosh! no way possible.......but there is snow flurries on the 5 day forecast here in PA, which some areas have already received some snow, I'm not ready yet.....but its possible.
I think winter is coming, our warm weather spurt we had last week spoiLed us and now we have cold weather here now. I think we even saw the 20's sometime this past week. Yikes!

I DON'T WANT SNOW........!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tis the Season

Tis the Season so everyone says, I'm starting to put our Holiday decor out, meaning outside and inside. I don't do much outside decorating as Steve already has his Redskins Football stuff out front and makes it look too crazy, I put a few things by the front and back door and wreaths on the doors, that's about it. We have lights hanging from our front porch, Icicle lights and that's about it for this year.

We have the living room ready for the tree, but waiting on Taylor to help us pick it out and bring it home, probably this weekend.

I want to put more things in my kitchen this year, and plan to get some things today (decorations or more so of kitchen towels, hot pads, etc.) which I never have had since we lived here and thats almost 8 years. Yikes! I always concentrate on my dining room, living room and even my bathroom downstairs, laugh. So, we will see what I can find. Something nice looking but cheap.

Well, I have tons to do today and so many errands to run, will be back shortly to chat later.
Happy Holidays everyone!

Christmas is Coming

There's only what 26 or 27 days til Christmas? wow! that's quicker than you think...........I guess I better soon get my Christmas stuff out and figure out what I'm going to decorate with this year, I finally put my Halloween & Thanksgiving Fall decorations away yesterday morning and now the fun part, getting the Christmas boxes out. And then finding a tree..........

So much to do and little time, eBay is keeping me busy enough during the day, and I want to get my stuff out while the weather is still a little warm. Its like fall weather lately in the 60's, which is very unusual for this time of year.

Hope everyone is already or almost already for christmas.

Just another Blog Day

I'm so late on blogging, yikes. I haven't bLogged all weekend, guess craziness with trying to do work and also have some holiday weekend time. I guess running an online business on eBay you just cannot take a day off.

I was up til 1:30a.m. last night trying to get things straight on eBay, a new venture on eBay for me and some money coming in kept me busy til late. I just got up and its 10:00.

I have so much to do today and Steve just may be helping out, laundry/dishes alot of housework cause I' d Like to get ready for xmas and get all the halloween/thanksgiving/fall decoration stuff taken down today and put away.

The weather is calling to be 62 degrees today, very unusual for Pennsylvania this time of year. Guess its hard to enjoy it when there's nothing to do outside this time of year. And being inside to work all day (like most do) it'll just be another day to me.

We don't put alot of decorations outside for xmas, we do more so of that in the fall/halloween time, but inside I like to look comfy and put alot of decorations out and make it look like xmas is coming..........we're a little late getting things out I hear as alot of people this weekend told us they are already for xmas. whoa! not me.

Well, I had a late start today so I must get moving.

ALone Time

Steve went away for Thanksgiving Holiday to see his mom in Virginia, I stayed home, simply just too much to risk leaving for 4 days and being more behind in work when I get back so I stayed home and enjoyed the holiday with my family & friends. Running a business on line with eBay is a 24 hour a day job, 7 days a week and right now we just cannot afford to be away from the business with the holidays coming up.

Having some alone time yesterday afternoon and today feels great, I cannot wait to get started on some orders today and be caught up by tomorrow.

Steve is going to a Redskins football game tomorrow (Sunday) too so I'll have alone time all day tomorrow too. I plan to take advantage of tomorrow and work on orders to catchup. My goal is to have everyone caught up for the holidays. Boy, that's a big goal so I better get started.

Happy Thanksgiving Holiday everyone, hope it was nice.

Happy Turkey DaY!!!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!!!!

Make sure to watch the Macy's Day parade, which is always on my TV on Thanksgiving morning.........here is a pic of SCOOBY DOO.
Its been crazy this week and I haven't had time to blog, so this will be a short blog as well. I'm heading to my parents house for Thanksgiving day lunch/dinner and I'm waiting for my creations to bake in the oven, so I had a few moments to check things online.

Hope your Turkey Day is filled with lots of goodies and delicious foods!

After the Storm

We had such a strange thing happen after the storm effect the other day, yesterday was an ugly dreary day, it rained all day long, thundered and lightening too..........after the storm passed by about 4:00 yesterday afternoon, the sky got real yellow and rainbows everywhere, it was actually a double rainbow but the camera only shows 1............here are some photos to share:

Craziness

Its been plain craziness the past 2 days, who ever thought a paper bag would cause so much craziness. What do I mean?

I love to scrapbook, and sell alot of stuff on eBay and my website. There's this wild crazy idea called a PAPER BAG ALBUM for Scrapbooking. You simply take a paper bag fold it in half, I usually take 3 paper bags fold them in half (makes 10 pages) and put holes like a notebook, tie ribbons in the holds to hold it shut and make a small mini scrapbook. The paper bag gives it a unique look and whoever thought a paper bag (which costs practically nothing) would bring such a craze to the scrapbooking world.

I have been bombarded with orders. I have asked to do 12 kits for a Junior GS troop, and another troop asked me to complete 6 albums for their girls, plus I had an additional 6-8 album orders on eBay, craziness!

They are so time consuming, and well worth it, they are so cute. The ribbons and embellishments just make them adorable.
So, I've been busy this week doing paper bag albums, and trying to keep up with eBay orders.

What fun!

Weekend

I haven't blogged since Thursday and its now Sunday, yikes! I guess you can say its been hectic here and busy.

The weekend was pretty normal, we didn't really do anything but hang out here at the house, and Taylor & I went to the scrapbook store today to spend some girl time together and work on some scrapbook pages. WE had fun, and found some new things to do and put on our Santa Claus christmas list.........what fun!
You can always find some new and fun things at the scrapbook store, that's what is neat about that place, fun things and new things to play with.

The weather finally got COLD today -its been in the low 70's high 60's the past 3-4 days, and now its rainey again and cold. I think today only reached 54 if that. Burrh! cold , and wet, damp and dreary. no sun today!
One of those days to stay in bed all day or hang out in the PJ's and slippers and not go anywhere, but we ventured out to the scrapbook store to do something on this dreary rainy day.

This week looks busy with working on Wednesday, Parent day at school on Wednesday and the Band plays Friday night which I'm not sure if we'll go or not, probably not......but we'll see them next week hopefully on Nov.22nd.......for a great night.

Beautiful Day

What a beautiful day, it was close to 70 degrees today, like spring! If not warmer.........no coats, great weather to get sick in I'm sure. But it was so nice to turn the heat off and open a window, I know my cat Smokey liked having the window open, he has his head sticking in the window right now as I type. Feels like an Indian Summer day!

a Dreary Day

I didn't know what to blog about today, I'm very tired ready for bed. I actually can say I worked today, laughing with you --- I work part-time now at a local antique shop for the owners when they need to go to auctions, appointments or just want a day off. I worked from 12-6pm today and although normally I just sit on my butt and watch TV in the shop, also take advantage and work on my eBay or web orders too- I'm very tired. Just getting out and about and moving and not being in the house all day does tire me more. I wish I would do it daily and I'm still job seeking as I speak.

It was raining all day, no sunshine and dreary. We had 2 buying customers today which was a shocker, and 1 just looking around. I was happy to see 3 people/customers come in because Lesa told me I probably would see nobody.

So, today I worked 6 hours plus got a few orders caught up -and now I'm ready for bed. Tomorrow is another day and a day I plan on working here at home all day long to get some orders shipped. eBay has been so busy!

Girl Scouts

Smile Taylor!

Monday night the junior troop # 26 had their investiture/rededication ceremony for the new year, the new girls invested in the troop and the 2nd and 3rd year girls rededicated themselves into the troop. It was a nice quick ceremoney, nothing fancy --- the girls recieved badges and awards. The 3rd year girls received their silver key award which was a necklace. Something I never heard about even after being in scouts like forever!

Fall is here!

I thought this photo was neat, and had to add it to today's blog, if you look close enough its a picture of Steve and I dressed for Halloween this year........

Summer is over, and I can tell its fall.......we took all our outdoor furniture, gazebo tent canopy, and decorations down today and put them in storage. Our backyard looks bare now......but it feels good to put everything away til spring.

This is the 1st year we had to pull the canopy gazebo tent down, we just took the canopy part down and left the frame standing. It looks bare, but hopefully it'll survive the winter standing alone............

Fall is here & winters' on its way! Its been in the 50's all week and tomorrow the high is suppose to be 46, burrh! I'm not looking forward to cold weather!

Girl Scouts Party

The Girl Scout Junior troop # 26 had their Juliette Low Birthday Celebration at their meeting on Monday. I wanted to post these photos on Tuesday but had some upload issues getting photos on my blog.
The girls had the option to dress up and also put a little Halloween in with this celebration. Juliette Low, founder of the Girl Scouts, was born on Oct.31st, so each year the girls help celebrate her birthday with a little Halloween.
Taylor above was the 1st one to get the bobbing for the pumpkins, which was very hard. I just cannot believe I snapped this photo at the perfect time, very funny!

Here are some of the girls dressed up and the leader, Wendy, looking her best too! They had fun with dancing, games, eating and of course, sharing their costume fun!

Trick or Treat

Yeah! finally I got my TRICK OR TREAT NIGHT photos to upload, took me 2 days, must have been a system glitch.

Anyways, here are some photos --they are downloaded small, so CLICK ON THEM TO ENGLARGE and view bigger photos.

Above is Taylor in her so called witch hat and hair, she sat out front of the spooky tent to hand candy to the little ones who were terrified (yes terrified) to go inside and get candy from Steve who was dressed in my old man's mask and spooky sounds. The music we played made it sound worse than what was inside. Maybe next year, ya' never know.............

Above is a photo of our ugly neighbors, that is what I call this photo. Boy! are they ugly or what.............they live across the street from us and did a great job on their costumes. They had a cooL setup too on their front porch for the kids. We plan to go to another costume party with them this Sat. Cannot wait.

the Grim Reaper

Today we spent the afternoon putting up our Halloween Trick or Treat display out front of our house, we live on a busy street in Hellam where trick-or-treaters bombard us every year. Each year we set up a tent out front and put spooky fun things inside for the kids. Here is what it looks like this year, gets better every year. I'll take more photos tomorrow night in the dark. I love our inflatable Grim Reaper guy this year, he'll be a great hit with the kids.

We add things like fog machine, black light so everything white glows, scarey loud music, and fun things on the walls like spider webs, and yukky gooey things to touch ---- plus to get their candy, they must enter at their own risk...............

Steve likes to dress up and be scarey and Taylor this year is going to help us out too instead of trick-or-treating herself.........it'll be a family fun night. We bought 3 huge bags of candy and probably will be out before the 8:00 deadline date................HAPPY HALLOWEEENEY!!!!

Halloween Party

Halloween Costume Party -- that's what we did last night, what a blast. We went to a local club called BANANA MAX, mostly for college and young people hanging out but they were giving cash prizes of $500.00 away for best dressed costumes, so Steve and I braved the young crowd and had a blast. We got there about 9pm and after the judging at about 12:45a.m. we left with $100.00 1st prize - Most original pair couple.........what a night we had making the crowd laugh and wonder who Grandma & Grandpa were! Here are some photos to share.

Me & Steve. Can you guess who is who? Not what you think!

Grandpa sitting back chillin' and watching the crowd.

The funniest part of all night, Grandma dancin the poles with the young chicks!

Halloween Costumes

This was last years Halloween Party at the REd Rock Cafe, we go every year, this party is always unique because they have it the weekend AFTER Halloween week, therefore allowing as many people to attend as possible. Every place around our area/town always has costume parties the same weekend, so the owners of the REd Rock have theirs the weekend after. Very smart idea!
This year the party is on November 4th. We plan to attend.
Here is Steve, although this is normally MY COSTUME as Grandpa, we are planning a trip this weekend Oct. 28th to a local nightclub to try to win a $500.00 prize for best costumes. We try to go somewhere different every year.
Wish us luck!

Here is the new picture of me, I was trying to get a new picture, I'm tired of the old one listed.
I even took this myself, and it works........how great.

If you like it, please comment so I know. Its an ok picture, I just hate my picture taken when I'm least expecting it.

This is the COOL Wendy! and by the way, Laugh with me, not at me!
Do I look like I'm drugged up or what?

Have FuN

Taylor is going to the mountains this weekend up near State College, GO PENN STATE!!!!

She's going with my mom & dad and just wanted to tell her to HAVE FUN!!! Hope she does because I know she's excited to go. She's been wanting to go to the mountains with my parents for months and everytime they go she has something preventing it.

The guys are going to the Penn State game on Saturday but the women are hanging back........usually they all go but tickets were limited this round, so perfect time for Taylor to tag along and get away for the weekend. The leaves are probably just beautiful this time of year up at State College, the ride normally (which is 2 + hours) a gorgeous ride seeing all the leaves heading up to the mountains...........

HAVE FUN!

Up EarLy

I was thinking to myself this morning while getting dressed "Why am I getting up so earLy?" Although to most people 8:30 isn't early but to me it is cause I'm a late bird lately by staying up til after midnight and then sleeping in. PLus, today is so gLoomy and rainy out, and its really dark outside, no sun. It's suppose to rain all day and be dreary outside so I figured I would get a head start and get some orders packed today for a big shipment, today is going to be the day to get caught up so I can concentrate on getting things rolling. What a dreary morning!

FamiLy Reunion

Family reunions, we had a family reunion this past Saturday, my 1st time going to this one imparticular. It was fun. Seeing those you haven't seen in years, that's what it is all about. Bev, Mark, Lauren, Kelly and her 2 sons were up to visit us from Florida, its been years since I seen Lauren and Kelly. Mark made the day fun with his jokes and his humorous self as always. What a jokester he is. This is Bev above counting money for the games we played raffling off tickets for prizes to help raise money for the reunion.

Lauren and Taylor watch on as they pull tickets for the kids prizes, every kid received at least 1 gift.

This picture didn't come out like the rest during this adult game, Mark is being so funny. If you didn't laugh during his segment there was something wrong with you.

Until next year everyone..................

Visiting the Local Scrapbook store

Today we went to the Local Scrapbook Store, Bonnie's Place to Scrapbook, to work on our Scrapbooks, we just got a new store about 3 weeks ago, but of course I'm behind and cannot believe I just found out about it this week...this was my 2nd visit. First time shopping and checking it out, as a past scrapbook store owner myself, I had to check it out ---and then to scrap. Taylor, my mom and me had a bLast, at least I did. I finished 3 pages, my mom finished her very 1st page (yeah mom!) and Taylor finished 2 pages of her favorite pet, Smokey. Here are some photos to share:
Here is Taylor chowing down on some cheeze its we had after we are done, getting ready to pack and leave for the day! She had so much fun using their cutters in the store, my favorite part too!

Her 2nd page of Smokey!

Her 1st page she completed which I like very much, good job girlfriend!!!

Yum Yum

Yum, yum! Just take a look at my Lunch today, I've been so hungry for a grilled cheese sandwich and yesterday I had so much PASTA SALAD left over from a family reunion that it was just calling my name. Please forgive my paper plate, laughing with you ---- but above that paper plate was a delicious grilled cheese sandwich and pasta saLad, it was so good. And nothing like a grilled sandwich on a cooL fall day! And yes, I took a picture of my lunch today, my friend who blogs everyday too, Missy always does this, so she gave me this crazy idea......it actually looks pretty darn good.

the Joy of Autumn

What to Love about Autumn. Here are some photos I took this morning of things to love about autumn. Normally the only thing I love about autumn/fall is the cooler weather, I'm a summer person & love the summer months. I love to swim, wear sandals, go barefoot and be outside alot. But after the summer hot months, I'm ready for cooLer weather.

The picture above is my backporch with some new mums I just purchased. I love mums and these were specially pretty in this watering can that simply just sits on the back porch all summer looking pretty, now its really pretty!

Here are some more mums we transplated from our front yard to the backyard, I've been wanting something with color by our smoke house out back and we hoped for the best that this move on the mums this summer would go well, and boy! did it ever, they are purple (so Steve says, I argued they were burgundy) but I guess a purplish color is in them, look great with my metal pumpkin decorations that I normally put out front of the house, this year they are by the smoke house.

Here is my favorite mum, bright burgundy and very full............it'll eventually get transplated once fall comes to an end and the flowers lose their color. I just love this mum!

Here is our smoke house which now has color to it, plus the pumpkins help make it look nice. We have lavendar on one side and now a bright purplish mum on the other side.

This would by 2nd favorite mum which is on our backporch as well.........this cute metal pumpkin adds accent & matches the this goldish orange mum which is very very full of color. It makes it all look so fallish..(is thata word?) I'm starting to like fall/autumn with adding more mums, now we'll have plenty of mums to transplant before winter, our mums always do well in our yard.

Columbus Day

Today is the celebration day for Columbus Day. Banks are closed, post office is not running, some employees have off work and kids have no schooL.

Today is just another ordinary day for me, work work work!!! I got some things done today but not like I wanted too, I think tonight when I'm all alone with nobody here - I'll be able to get alot of orders prepared for shipping tomorrow. I know I have too, I'm getting bombarded everyday with orders.

Today I left for the grocery store and Office Max just for about 1 hour, came back and had 2 orders & one of them was pretty big.........whoa! cannot leave for a second w/out getting swamped. And shutting down just wouldn't do it. So, I'm going to be busy busy busy the next few days.

In honor of Columbus day, enjoy the day off! (if you get it off)

Last Softball Game of the Year

Somehow my pictures uploaded up here and instead of down below, please read my blog below:

Yes, the girls above are throwing their gloves for the last game of the year!

We ended the day with a pizza party and the parents vs. the girls in softball.

Yes, even I played, catcher that is.........the sun was horrible this game, right on my face the entire time.

The coach at the pizza party, good job this year COACH SCOTT!

WeLL, today is the Last softball game of the year, in about 15 minutes my dad and myself are going to pick TayLor up from girl scout camp, hopefully she survived this cold bitter weekend, I felt so bad for her last night as I sat in our living room freezing myself, as I'm too cheap to turn the heat on yet, and my feet and hands were freezing, I just couldn't get warm..........Anyways, after picking her up, she'll be able to shower and get ready for her last softball game.

Its suppose to be 72 degrees today, and sunny --- so the sun will keep and make us feel warm. I'm anxious to see her last game today ending with a picnic with pizza and good food everyone brings. I'll put some pictures up later tonight of todays event.

Camping burrrrh!

WeLL, the nutty girl scout troop went camping this weekend, of all weekends, its COLD!!!! I think it got down in the high 40's last night and I just worried too much about this..........I packed a heavy sleeping bag, 2 blankets and plenty of clothes she packed to keep warm. Yikes! It was just simply too cold for outdoor cabin camping -no heat in the cabins...........everything outdoors.

Last weekend was a little rainy but at least warmer, I'd rather camp in the rain and warmth than the dry and cold.........I hope they are doing ok. Campfires, campfires - just hang around the warm campfire would be my Motto this weekend.

I'm sure they are fine. I'm sure they planned many activities to keep them busy and they are kids. I think we mind the cold more than they do now adays.

Camping in October, don't think was a good idea for outdoor camping........but they will try anything!!!

A Day of Mourning in Lancaster County

It has been alot of excitement in our end of the world this week, what a week. My blog today is about the Amish School Shooting in Lancaster PA. Not too far from where we live this week a gunman shot over a dozen school girls and killed at least 4 of them. Injuring the rest of the girls, this is a shocking incident that happened in this quiet Amish community.

Today the Amish girls were laid to rest and buried. Streets were closed, air traffic was cut off for no overhead air travel to respect their privacy. Its just amazing and these photos tell it all, the most amazing part is if you ask anyone from the Amish community they will say it was God's way and they forgive. What a strong belief in God to forgive someone for doing such a horrific act. Prayers to all.

eBay Is so Exciting

I'm Just writing today about eBay. Sometimes it gets so exciting to see your stuff sell or see how high someone bids on your stuff. For example, I bought something for 13.00 and sold it for 42.00, that's just so exciting!!! Plus, I sold my digital camera today for all but 8.00 of what I bought it for, we have 2 cameras and it was just sitting here collecting dust, so I figured while we could use the funds, I'll sell it. Didn't think it would sell, and the last 5 mins. it sold.........wow!

EBay can be so exciting not just for the buyer, but for the seLLer as well. I cannot believe how much I made on eBay in the past 2 days, which is great -cause bills are due big time this week and I was getting worried.

I enjoy eBay and selling, I just hate the fees! Keep in mind if you sell on eBay watch the fees, some of them can get outrageous.

Good Luck!

a Quiet Evening at Home

Last night we stayed home, yes on H-D weekend, cannot believe it. We had a long day yesterday with softball games all afternoon from 12noon til 4:00 and then went for dinner with my family, my brother is in town for their class reunion so we headed for a bite to eat after the game cause everyone was starving sitting outside all day in the chilly weather, rainy weather too should I mention. When I got home last night and Steve finally got home about 8:30-9:00 and got ready to go out, we said the heck with it and stayed home.

We rented a movie on pay for view "RV" which was a comedy and very funny. At 11:30 I went to bed, and just got up at 9:00. I sLept good last night. So, we had an evening at home on a Saturday night and it was quite quiet and relaxing.

Now back to the softball fields again today in the cooL fall weather to watch Taylor play again today all afternoon most likely.
